Terms and Conditions

 1)

The maximum number of rooms or nights allowed per guest is seven (7).
 2)

All reservation must be submitted to Dragonlands Leisure Sdn Bhd at least 14 days before check-in.
 3)

All reservation for overseas resorts must be made at least 21 days before check-in.
 4)

Holiday Request submitted to Dragonlands Leisure Sdn Bhd is not a confirmed reservation until such time as a confirmation slip is issued by our Guest Services Personnel.
 5)

All reservation confirmation slip must be issued to the person checking in to the hotel / resort.
 6)

Cancellation / changes to any reservation made must be made 30 days before the check-in date.
 7)

All payment must be made before issuance of any confirmation slip or guest certificate.
 8)

All payment made for reservation cancelled less than 30 days before the check-in date is NOT refundable. Any reservation, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled.
 9)

A refundable deposit is required upon guest's check-in at the hotel / resort.
10)

The number of guests checking in the resort / hotel should not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed in the hotel room or apartment.
11)

All guest are liable for any other charges or damages incurred during their stay.
12)

All reservation of resort and hotel are for ACCOMMODATION ONLY unless specified otherwise.
