Terms and Conditions

The following details the terms and conditions of the Rental Listing Plan between the resort / club owner (herein after referred as the "Applicant") whose name and particulars are set out in this Application Form and Dragonlands Leisure Sdn Bhd (herein after referred as the "Company").
1)	Consideration
	In consideration of the sum(s) stated in the Application Form, the Applicant agrees to list his/her resort/club membership (the details of which are set out in this Application Form)with the Company and permits the Company to utilize such information stated in this Application Form for the purpose of assisting the Applicant in rental of the his/her resort/club entitlement for the term stated here in the application form.
2)	The Applicant agrees to the following:
	a)	That the Company does not guarantee any rental proceed and shall only assist in the rental of the Applicant's resort/club entitlement in any manner deemed fit by the Company for the term stated here in this Application Form.
	b)	Ensure he is the beneficial owner of the resort/club membership. That all payment for the membership is up-to-date, including but not exhaustive of all fees due to the operator of the resort/club membership and all fees payable to the Company.
	c)	To reserve / amend / cancel any reservation and produce the relevant reservation document from the operator of the resort/club membership, within reasonable time frame as required by the Company, to assist the Company in rental of the Applicant's resort/club membership entitlement.
	d)	That the Company will not be held liable for any breach of his/her resort/club membership terms, rules and regulations arising from this application.
	e)	Supply to the Company all necessary documents as requested by the Company from time to time to facilitate the rental plan.
3)	Confirmation of reservations and surcharge
	a)	Any reservation, once confirmed can only be cancelled not less than fourteen (14) days before the check-in date. Such cancellation must be made in writing to the Company. A Rental Proceed Confirmation shall be provided to the Applicant for any confirmed rental of his/her entitlement by the Company.
	b)	All surcharge imposed by the club membership operator or resort, unless agreed otherwise, shall be paid by the Applicant upon confirmation of any such reservation where a surcharge is imposed.
4)	Rental proceeds and payment
	a)	All rental proceeds are determined by the Company and upon agreement by the Applicant and/or guest(s) before any confirmation of reservation and payment is made. The Company shall not be liable for rental proceeds due to the Applicant from any guest(s) if such transaction is made directly between the Applicant and the guest(s).
	b)	All Rental proceeds payable by the Company to the Applicant shall be made on the 15th day of the following month from the date of the utilization of the Applicant's resort / club entitlement. Payment are made by cheque payable to the Applicant only. No rental proceeds payment shall be paid to the Applicant for any cancelled reservation made by either party not less than seven (14) days before the check-in date of such reservation.

6)	Amendment
	The company reserves the right to amend the above mentioned terms and conditions without giving prior notice.
*	All credit card purchases will be charged under the merchant account DreamForte.com sdn bhd. In which appear in your credit card statement.
IMPORTANT: The Applicant have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions stated above and acknowledge that all information provided herein is correct. The Applicant acknowledge that the Company has the right to reject this application without giving any reason whatsoever to the Applicant and that the Applicant can withdraw his/her application within the ten (10) days cooling-off period without any penalty or deduction to the enrollment fee paid to the Company. In the case of cancellation, a refund will be made not later than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of such cancellation in writing from the Applicant. Any such refund shall be payable to the Applicant only.
