Terms and Conditions

The following details the terms and conditions of Club Resale Classified Listing between the club member (herein after referred as the "Applicant") whose name and particulars are set out in this application form and Dragonlands Leisure Sdn Bhd (herein after referred as the "Company").

1) Consideration

In consideration of the sum(s) stated in this Application Form, the Applicant agrees to list his/her club membership (the details of which are set out in this Application Form) with the Company and permits the Company to utilize such information stated in this Application Form for the purpose of assisting the member in resale of the Applicant's club membership as per the terms and conditions stated herein.

2) The Applicant agrees to the following:
a)

That the Company does not guarantee any sale and shall only assist in the sale of the Applicant's timeshare membership in any manner deemed fit by the Company.

b)

He/she is the beneficial owner of the said club membership and has the authority to transfer the said club membership to a third party.

c)

That the Company will not be held liable for any breach of his/her club membership rules and regulations arising from this application.
d)

Supply to the Company all necessary documents as requested by the Company to facilitate the sale of the said club membership.
3) Commission payable to the Company

A commission of 5% of the resale price or RM500.00, which ever is higher, is payable to the Company by the Applicant upon the sale of the said membership by the Company. Such commission includes disbursement and assistance by the Company in installment payments.

4) Membership Transfer Fee

The transfer fee payable to the club membership operator shall be paid by the Applicant, unless agreed otherwise, to facilitate the transfer of the said timeshare membership to the purchaser.

6) Amendment

The Company reserves the right to amend the above mentioned terms and conditions without giving any prior notice.

All credit card purchases will be charged under the merchant account DreamForte.com sdn bhd. In which appear in your credit card statement.

IMPORTANT: The Applicant have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions stated above and acknowledge that all information provided herein is correct. The Applicant acknowledge that the Company has the right to reject this application without giving any reason whatsoever to the Applicant and that the Applicant can withdraw his/her application within the ten (10) days cooling-off period without any penalty or deduction to the registration fee paid to the Company. In the case of cancellation, a refund will be made not later than thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of such cancellation in writing from the Applicant. Any such refund shall be payable to the Applicant only.
