Terms and Conditions

The following details the terms and conditions of this Club Registration between the Club Member (herein after referred as the "Member") whose name and particulars are set out in this Registration Form and Dragonlands Leisure Sdn Bhd (herein after referred to as the "Company").

1) Consideration

The Member agrees to register his/her club membership (the details of which are set out in this Registration Form) with the Company and permits the Company to utilize any such information stated herein for the purpose of sale/exchange/barter of the Member's club membership.

2) The Member agrees to the following:
a)

That the Company does not guarantee any sale/exchange/barter at any time and shall only assist in the sale/exchange/barter of the Member's club membership in any manner whatsoever deemed fit by the Company.

b)

He/she is the beneficial owner of the said club membership and has the authority to transfer the said club membership to a third party.

c)

That the Company will not be held liable for any breach of his/her club membership rules and regulations arising from this registration or the sale/exchange/barter of his/her club membership by the Company.

d)

Supply to the Company any documents as requested by the Company for the purpose of sale/exchange/barter of his/her club membership.

e)

In the case of cash sale, to accept any such amount as agreed with the Company as the net selling price of his/her club membership and the Company reserves the rights to take in kind any such additional amount paid by the purchaser as commission payable to the Company.

f)

In the case of club exchange, the transfer fee payable to the club membership operator shall be paid by the Member, unless agreed otherwise, to facilitate the transfer of the said club membership to the purchaser. A service fee of RM300 is payable to the Company.

4) Amendment

The Company reserves the right to amend the above mentioned terms and conditions without giving any prior notice.

IMPORTANT: The Member has read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions stated herein above and acknowledge that all information provided herein is correct. The Member acknowledge that the Company has the right to reject this registration without giving any reason whatsoever.
